Everything was good! Just wasn't amazing! Mediocre dressing & gravy.

Fawkin awesome food

Great little spot for grabbing a feed of chicken and chips or fish and chips. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were huge! There was no "out of the box" type of food as you could plainly see that it was all homemade. The staff were super friendly and service was swift.

Stopped by when we were on vacation in July 2018. Food was fantastic. Restaurant was clean. My only complaint was with the lady behind the counter, she was a little short with me when I reminded her I ordered a on side gravy. Other then that had a great experience

Ordered fish and chips and the fish was terrible. It was so dry and hard, couldn't even cut the deep fried fish with a knife. Definitely not fresh fish, must have been frozen for months. Not good enough for a community that lives on the Atlantic Ocean.

It would be better if they used cod. Lighten the batter

Best roadside fried chicken I've had outside of the south! My wife enjoyed her fish and chips too.

Good food a little expensive but if you want something good you have to pay for it

Me: may I have a cheeseburger with no mustard and no pickles.Cashier: our burgers don't have pickle.Gets burger 30 minutes later and it's covered in relish. Know what's in relish? Pickles.Thanks Country Delight.Other than that, burger was dry and wait time was a little excessive.Fries were best kind though.

Personal favourite is the 2 piece snack with dressing and gravy. Chicken is the best thing here. Not big on the burgers. Fish is ok. Service is excellent.

the best restaurants in Newfoundland expect to pay at least $20 but it's well worth it

A nice little locally owned and operated restaurant. Not a huge menu but delicious food especially the fish and chips and homemade cheeseburgers. They also have a variety of ice cream selections. Friendly staff.

I love their food but the place is always so full that half the time I have to just drive by and go somewhere else because let's face it, who wants to wait an hour or more for takeout. I know sometimes it's worth it but if you're really hungry and want something quick Country Delight is not the place to go at mealtime

Good value for the price. Tasty food. Chicken fingers were a bit burnt/over cooked tonight. Wouldn't hurt to get rid of the booths, and get proper tables and chairs.

Food is so good, cool and clean, lovely staff

Their 5 piece chicken finger meal was delicious. Best fried chicken fingers I've ever had. Very short wait time as well and the staff followed all the new regulations they have in place for COVID-19. Highly recommend.

Delicious chicken and fries. Always stop in here when I drive through Bay Roberts. Portions are generous and prices are really good. 4 piece chicken and fries for $10.99. It's just a basic take out/restaurant with good food!

Food & Beverage: My mother and I ate here together and we enjoyed our meals very much. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Price: Average/FairService: A friendly server took our order and briefly chatted with us when we sparked a conversation with her.Atmosphere: Old time pop/rock/country music played gently overhead and tied well with the restaurant's Coca-Cola collection and old fashioned diner theme. Seats were comfortable but area was narrow for getting in and out of especially while passing other customers seated in same area but it wasn't bothersome. Bathroom was clean. There was a parking lot in front with many customers but also much room.Other: I do not reccomend for wheelchair, vegetarians or vegans.

Really good fish and chips spot. Best of all the Gravy is homemade, not that horrible tin beef stuff..

Food is good if you like battered chicken and fish. Not being able to order by phone for takeout at supper time is a poor choice in judgement.
